The portal brings together the functionalities needed to perform administrative duties and the information necessary to employees, including but not limited to: 

  • Application for technical support; 
  • Review of exams and exam deadlines; 
  • Review and download the list of students registered for the exam (and the exam minutes); 
  • Review of exam shifts and entry of messages for duty officers and students; 
  • Entering grades and data on student activities (via html form or file); 
  • Delegation of authority to enter grades and activities; 
  • Review of archived grades; 
  • Review of engagement by subjects; 
  • Overview of teaching groups, lecturers and number of classes by subjects; 
  • Class schedule (for the user, by profiles, halls, teachers, students, subjects); 
  • Search and review of student data; 
  • Generating student lists according to different criteria; 
  • Entering data on published scientific papers; 
  • Review of detailed project data for project managers and the University Administration; 
  • Review of personnel and financial data for the University Administration; 
  • Downloading reports, reviewing survey results and reviewing the engagement of employees for the University Administration; 
  • Ability to download documents and administrative forms; 
  • View master data and change passwords;
