As an organizational unit of the University of Banja Luka, the Faculty of Forestry shares the Charter and the Code with other organizational units of our University.
The University of Banja Luka pays significant attention to its staff, as it is very important for the sustainability, development and advancement of the institution as a whole. Therefore, the University of Banja Luka signed the Declaration of Commitment to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Employment of Researchers on January 30th, 2013, making it the first institution from Bosnia and Herzegovina to join this European initiative involving more than 1,200 institutions from 37 European countries. With the signing and ratification of this Declaration, the University of Banja Luka has joined the family of European universities that want to provide a quality business environment for their researchers.
