Predstavnici Šumarskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci, prof. dr Vojislav Dukić i viši asistent Srđan Bilić, boravili su od 12. do 17. novembra 2025. godine na Univerzitetu u Udinama (Italija), u okviru aktivnosti Akros (ACROSS) alijanse. Univerzitet u Banjoj Luci i Univerzitet u Udinama dio su ove evropske alijanse, koja okuplja deset visokoškolskih institucija sa zajedničkom misijom unapređenja akademske mobilnosti, transnacionalne saradnje i umrežavanja nastavnika i istraživača.
Tokom boravka, domaćini prof. dr Đorđo Alberti i doc. dr Antonio Tomao organizovali su nastavne aktivnosti, terensku nastavu i stručne diskusije, doprinoseći jačanju partnerstva između dvije institucije.
Naši predstavnici održali su dva stručna predavanja studentima treće godine (DI4A) na teme:
„Uređivanje šuma u Bosni i Hercegovini – stanje i izazovi“,
„Prašume Bosne i Hercegovine – pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja“.
Pored predavanja, učestvovali su i u terenskoj nastavi u italijanskim Alpama (Promozio), gdje su studenti realizovali praktične vježbe iz dendrometrije, geodetskih mjerenja, GNSS pozicioniranja stabala, pedologije, fotogrametrije sa bespilotnim letjelicama i prostornog modeliranja u aplikaciji QGIS. Aktivnosti su izvedene u saradnji sa Centrom CESFAM, kroz trodnevni program na terenu koji je obuhvatio šumske sastojine bukve, jele, smrče i evropskog ariša.
Šumarski fakultet Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci upućuje zahvalnost Akros alijansi na kontinuiranoj podršci, kao i Univerzitetu u Udinama na gostoprimstvu, odličnoj organizaciji i uspješno realizovanoj akademskoj razmjeni. Posebna zahvalnost izražava se Univerzitetu u Banjoj Luci na institucionalnoj podršci učešću nastavnika u međunarodnoj mobilnosti.
ACROSS Alliance: Faculty of Forestry Representatives at the University of Udine
Representatives of the Faculty of Forestry, University of Banja Luka — Associate Professor Dr. Vojislav Dukić and Teaching Assistant Srđan Bilić — visited the University of Udine (Italy) from 12 to 17 November 2025, within the framework of activities supported by the ACROSS Alliance.
The University of Banja Luka and the University of Udine are members of the ACROSS Alliance, a European consortium of ten universities jointly promoting academic mobility, scientific cooperation, and the strengthening of the European Higher Education Area. This visit represents a continuation of support for academic networking and international collaboration among partner institutions.
The hosts during the visit were Associate Professor Antonio Tomao and Full Professor Giorgio Alberti, who coordinated teaching activities, field exercises, and professional discussions.
During their stay, the representatives of the Faculty of Forestry delivered two lectures to third-year forestry students (DI4A):
– “Forest Management Planning in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Current State and Challenges”
– “Primeval Forests of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Overview of Previous Research”
In addition to lecturing, they actively participated in field training in the Italian Alps (Pramosio), where students carried out exercises in dendrometry, geodetic measurements, GNSS tree positioning, pedology, UAV-based photogrammetry, and spatial modeling using QGIS. The activities were organized in cooperation with the CESFAM Center, as part of a three-day applied field program conducted in mixed stands of European beech, silver fir, Norway spruce and European larch.
